THE REPLICATE™ System
A new way to think about tooth replacement
The REPLICATE™ Immediate Tooth Replacement System mimics the natural shape of teeth with cutting-edge materials to offer a distinctive alternative to traditional implants and three-unit dental bridges. Each REPLICATE™ Tooth is custom-designed for the individual patient, following the anatomical shape of the original tooth as a blueprint.
The process begins with a CBCT (DVT) scan and a 3D intraoral scan. The dentist submits these, along with a laboratory order form, via the proprietarty browser-based web portal. Once the design is completed, the dentist reviews it, approves it, or requests adjustments. After final approval, the REPLICATE Tooth is manufactured, sent to the dental office and ready for placement during the extraction appointment.
Thanks to its natural tooth-like shape, the REPLICATE Tooth can be placed by both specialists and general dentists in one appointment, without the need for drilling or multiple surgeries. This minimizes risk of damaging surrounding bone, tissue, and nerves.
Over a quarter of a billion people in the industrialized world are missing one or more teeth while only 15-20% of people who seek treatment for tooth loss get dental implants, despite the clear advantages.
Traditional Systems
Three-unit Bridge
A crown for the missing tooth is held in place by caps that are placed on two adjacent teeth. While a bridge is a more comfortable and permanent alternative to dentures, the two healthy teeth used to hold the bridge are filed down and damaged in the process. Since the root is not being replaced, bone loss and a sinking jawline will occur over time. Bridges usually last for 8–10 years.
Single Tooth Implant
A dental implant procedure replaces the root of the missing tooth with a metal screw to which a ceramic crown is attached. Since the root is replaced, bone loss is prevented and adjacent teeth are not damaged in the process. Plus an implant can last for over 40 years.
However, placing the screw in the jaw is a multi-step surgical procedure that requires drilling and a high level of specialized competence. For this reason it is almost always performed by a highly-trained specialist. It also requires a number of visits and procedures. The entire treatment time usually lasts 5–8 months (or longer), and conversely costs much more than a bridge.
Current solutions for repairing and replacing non-functional teeth are invasive, risky and time-consuming and often require the general dentist to refer patients to a dental specialist.
Enter REPLICATE™ Tooth
Thanks to its natural tooth-like shape, the REPLICATE Tooth can be placed by both specialists and general dentists in one appointment, without drilling or multiple surgeries. This minimizes risk of damaging surrounding bone, tissue, and nerves.
How the REPLICATE™ System works.
4 Easy Steps to Recovery
(1) The process starts with a physical or digital impression of the teeth, along with a 3D X-ray. From this, a custom replica of the tooth is created within two weeks.
(2) At the next appointment, the original tooth is removed and immediately replaced with the REPLICATE Tooth. To protect the new tooth during healing, a temporary bridge or retainer is placed or prescribed by the doctor.
(3) Over the next six months, the new tooth integrates with the bone.
(4) Once healing is complete, a permanent crown, matched to the surrounding teeth, is placed.
The Natural Choice
For many of us, a trip to the dentist is met with a sense of dread. The REPLICATE™ Immediate Tooth Replacement System is helping to change that. This revolutionary technology enables dentists to replace a tooth quickly, easily and naturally.
Natural Tooth
The Closest Thing to Nature
A REPLICATE™ Tooth is an individualized replica of the patients' original tooth from root to crown.
No Damage to Healthy Teeth
Only the defective tooth is replaced. There is no need to file or damage adjacent teeth.
REPLICATE™ Tooth
No Drilling, No Waiting
The old tooth is simply removed and immediately replaced with the REPLICATE™ Tooth.
No Specialist Required
Since there is no drilling involved, any dentist can be trained to perform the REPLICATE™ Tooth procedure.

REPLICATE Tooth 1.0 Patient
I have had my two Replicate Teeth for 11 years. If I compare the experience with my two traditional implants, it was night and day. There is no bone loss and no gingival recession around my Replicate Teeth. I wish I could say the same for my traditional implants.
