Ruedger is an accomplished entrepreneur and inventor who has started five technology companies and authored more than 100 patents in intra-oral imaging, robotics, and mass customization of dental devices. In 2002, Ruedger co-founded Lingualcare Inc, an orthodontic technology and services company that he sold to 3M Company in November 2007. He is also the founder of OraMetrix, a dental technology company based in Dallas, Texas, acquired by Dentsply Sirona. Ruedger received Journeyman’s Toolmaker-Crafts Certificate from the Berlin Guild for Metal and Polymer Technology and an Academic Degree of Graduated Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.

Amir brings over three decades of experience as a seasoned executive launching disruptive products in the dental, ENT, and cardiovascular markets. He was co-founder and CEO of uLab Systems, offering AI driven orthodontic software and aligner solutions with commercial revenue of $19 million in its third year of market launch. His background includes positions as CEO of Tusker Medical (acquired by Smith & Nephew), Co-Founder and VP of R&D at EndoTex interventional Systems (acquired by Boston Scientific) as well as serving as Officer and EVP of R&D at Align Technology, where he played a pivotal role in developing and marketing the first clear aligners to market. Amir raised over $280 million of capital since 2006 and is an inventor on +150 issued patents.

Lea is a healthcare technology entrepreneur and CEO with over 25 years of experience in building companies from the ground up, launching disruptive technologies, raising venture capital (+$125 million) and creating value for investors and customers in the MedTech sector. In 2002, Lea started Lingualcare, Inc. an orthodontic technology and services company and served as CEO until she sold the company to 3M Company in November 2007. Lea served as CEO of Replicate Dental Technologies, CEO of 2C MedTech, President of SheepMedical USA and is currently the CEO of BRIUS Technologies. Lea holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Justin is a seasoned product manager and quality expert, specializing in biomedical engineering and materials science, with over 7 years in research and development. He has authored three research publications and six patent applications. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is certified as an ISO 13485 Lead Auditor and in aseptic manufacturing. Additionally, Justin holds a Professional Certificate in Product Management from the University of Maryland.
